     Years have passed since that fateful night; the one when Detective McAllistor brought down the Nefarious Mr. X.  But with the passing of time, so has changed his focus.  Now the Special Investigation’s officer finds himself hunting a new enemy; an elusive criminal cabal whose dark tendrils have dug deep into the heart of the Toronto police force creating a dangerous conspiracy.  But as he draws closer to the truth, he finds himself in the crosshairs of these malevolent forces.  But when the tables turn direr against the detective, an unexpected opponent is drawn forth from the shadows.  Now the secret organization finds themselves in direct conflict with a nemesis long believed dead, one whom can assume any identity, and seeks Detective McAllistor’s for himself.
